Six speakers gave insightful and entertaining lectures on various topics in randomized numerical linear algebra.

Some of the participants took the ship across the lake for an exciting hike up to Mont Vully. Others visited the Roland Murten AG snack factory for a guided tour.

In the evenings, we usually gathered for some social activities, like playing card games, sitting by the lake and talking, or walking inside the city wall of the old-town.

Overall, we spent a lot of time exchanging thoughts and ideas. The week allowed many friendships and collaborations to be formed.
